Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

I was really hoping for some help here. Im trying to get Metasploit and Armitage up and running, and im having one heck of a time! Ive gotten it all running once, closed it, then tried to reopen it minutes later to no avail. Im attempting to start 'msrpcd' using: sudo msfrpcd -f -U msf -P test -t Basic
Upon doing that i get this:

Ive gone crazy Googling for the last several hours, and i just cant seem to figure it out. Any ideas?
Also - Im running Debian Lenny inside of Vmware Fusion, using a bridged(autodetect) network connection, running on a Macbook Pro. I was trying to get everything setup on my Mac outside of vmware but after two days of fail there, i decided to just give it a shot inside VMware since im a little better with Debian then i am the OSX Terminal.
I *should* have the latest versions of Metasploit, Armitage, Java, and all the dependencies.
