mailserver on slackware 8.1


hi every1!!! m a linux newbie and so im hir askin 4 help on how 2 setup my linux box become a mail server.. any help wud be appreciated.. THANKS!!!

Step 1: Download Slackware 10.2 (8.1 is a very long ways behind)
Step 2: Can you be more specific other than "mail server" ? (eg is it going to be used for internal mail, domain/internet mail, et cetera)

hi tnx 4 your reply.. it will be used domain/internet mail... r der ader ways of solving this than upgrading to 10.2???
