Question LTSP kernel panic problem

I using k12ltsp on my server. My workstations have rtl8110SC(with bootable ROM).

when lspci -n command is run we get 10ec:8167.

However when i try to boot through the ROM i get following error message

running /linuxrc
running /proc

ERROR! Could not automatically detect the network card.
PCI cards should be detected automatically.
ISA cards cannot be detected, so they require
the NIC driver to be specified in a 'NIC=' parameter
to be passed on the kernel command line,
usually specified in option -129, in the
/etc/dhcpd.conf file.See the LTSP docs for more info.

Kernel panic - not syncing:Attempted to kill init!

what should i do? (please state in simple terms as i m a beginner to LTSP)
