LTSP- could not detect NIC

Hai,

I am facing a critical problem in LTSP PXE booting in RedHat. I have installed LTSP-4.1 and followed all the steps and able to create the boot images. But when i am booting from Diskless Nodes i get the following error

ERROR! Could not automatically detect the network card.
PCI cards should be detected automatically.
ISA cards cannot be detected, so they require
the nic driver to be specified in a 'NIC=' parameter
to be passed on the kernel command line,
usually specified in option-129, in the
/etc/dhcpd.conf file. See the LTSP docs for more info.

The NIC card in Diskless nodes is RTL8110SC.I have surfed a lot in net and i tried by two ways

1. By giving the option in /etc/dhcpd.conf
option option-128 e4:45:74:68:00:00;
option option-129 "NIC=r1000";

2. By mounting the initrd image and adding the drivers

But, i am facing the same error. Is there any other option to set ?

Thanks for any suggestions.
