Exclamation looking for suggestions on what to do now... (lol. such a noob phrase)

Ello All,
My dilema is this. I just purchased 2 u1 rackmount servers from SuperMicro. One has 2 ethernet network ports (eth0 & eth1) and a 160Gb Hard Drive, and one has only one network port and a 1Tb Hard Drive. i also have a u1 rackmount 48 port TPLink Desktop switch, a 12 outlet u1 rackmount power conditioner/distributer, and a 6 hour battery backup (outlet->backup->pwr conditioner->servers). Also i have about a million and a half ethernet cords of varying length.

The Goal... set up a web hosting center.
what i need is to set up a sort of admin server that will firewall connections as well as NAT my ips and stuff. the other is everything else. How do i go about this, tutorials would be good as im still sorta a linux noob. also if there is a better way to do this please suggest, if there is something better i could be doing with these resources?

thanx,
JL Griffin

Exclamation In a nutshell...

You've already spent the money, which isn't bad because you actually own the machinery itself.

That having been said, perhaps it would have been more economical to initially get a VPS w/WHM/cPanel so you could simply launch reseller accounts and accounts for regular users with a click or two of the mouse.

Also, you might want to look into that anyway - you can get VPS accounts for as little as 5 bucks a month (less than that even), and you can practice building and breaking your service until you know how not to break it
