You will need to install Samba; if not already installed by default.
chmod u+s smbmnt
chmod u+s smbumount
This is not a very good idea from the security point of view ... but this will help a regular user to use smbmount and smbumount to mount and unmount Win2K shares.
smbmount //Win2KSvr/share smbshare -o username yourid
you should have the folder smbshare created in the user home directory.
If you want to share your local drive on the net, you will require thw samba server component too.
