load balancing? linux router?

Dear All

i have two connection connections 1) 256 dedicated
2) 2mb shared 1:10

both satellite connections from different ISPs..

i would like to use both line for one network so i can make better the internet speed,

i would like to know the easy way and which distro i should use for load balancing a simple and easy way please guide me

what do you mean? you really couldn't find it??? it's just a website with a contents list...
