Listen to music on my laptop from my server...
 
I would like to be able to listen to music on my laptop that is on my server. I was trying to do it through ssh but since its running on the server it is playing there. I would like to know if you guys can think of a better way? Thanks in advance.

install Samba or NFS. Basic file-sharing between computers.

You could have a look at gnump3d - www.gnump3d.org - or something similar. Very easy to set up.
