Linux should get certificate from Win2k

Hi,
we want to build up a vpn connection between 2 Linux router. The certificates are administrated by a Windows 2000 Server. How can the Linux boxes get the certificate from the Windows 2000 Server?

Has anyone experiences with that or good manuals because every manual I have found discusses only things about how I can create certificates on a Linux box.

Kind regards,
Johannes
