linux remote odbc *.dat*.idx database

Hi all,

I have a SuSe 9.0 linux box with apache and php installed on it.
Next i have another box with Windows on it and it had a odbc database.
When i was working with the db from windows i used a odbc driver.
And i developed my site who used the database on the local computer.

My problem now is when the database is on a remote windows computer how can i let apache and php on the linux box make use of the database that's on de windows box.
Someone knows some good tut/s and or progs?
