Linux RedHat 9.0 on a VM - Networking

i've been trying for a while to get the internet on RedHat 9.0 working
on a Virtual Machine; so far i've had no luck. I'm connected to a router
and have read alot of posts about it, but no one in the same hole as me(using VMware).
There were some "similar" posts, which i tried to make it work from, but
came out emtpy, any help would be appreciated.

thanks in advance for any replies

It depends on how you setup networking within the virtual machine. Did you use bridged, NAT, no networking? It would probably help if you could provide us with a little more information
