Alright,
I have setup my printer (HP Deskjet 3520) on my linux machine (FC 6) using CUPS. I use the
http://localhost:631 page for this. Printing from the linux machine works without any problems (printing a testpage).
Now I want my Windows XP machine to use this printer to... well.. print. I setup my Samba to share the printer on the network.

A part of the setup comes from the linuxPrinting.org pages.
Now I can see the shared printer with my XP machine. I can also install it (using the drivers I have on the Xp machine). But when I try to print a test page with the printer nothing happends.
The printer does add a file to the /tmp directory inside linux, but after a few seconds this file disappears and nothing more happends.
I have tried a few other samba configs that I found on the forums here and internet, and this file is the last version I have. So none of the others worked.
In one of the other topics I have read to set the page type to a4 inside linux. Did this without any result.
