Linux networking solution with 3 IFs and 2 ISPs

Hello everybody,
I would like to receive some information on making a network. I have made a scheme of the hardware that I've got:
http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/7131/naujasnf4.gif

The server has two internet connections, but more important is the one, connected through the eth1 interface. What I am trying to make is a gateway for the "LAN" network. I would also like to have multiple gateways at the same time in the server (of course, there should be any conflicts at the same time, on the other hand, I would like to make the second gateway as the default one).
The LAN should get the internet from the "Gateway 1".
So if anyone can get me the right commands, I would be really glad to try the out. Also, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask and I will answer to them asap.
