Linux IRC Server

I'd love to be able to do this on Windows, but some how I just don't see it happening....lol. If i'm not mistaken, most distros come with an IRC server, but I'm looking for something that is fairly easy to configure, can support at least 20 people, and also has support for bots like ChanServ, etc. From my past (limited) experiences with Linux, I know that it's extremely unlikely that anything is going to be "easy", but with the lack of available Windows options it seems as if this is my last choice. I would either run the latest RH or Mandrake, but currently have neither installed as I have never been able to get my wireless NIC to work with Linux. Here comes the whole "easy" thing again....Anyway, thanks to anyone that can help.

I just sorta threw mine together with IRCD hybrid6 and hybserv 1. It works pretty well. There is a myriad of documentation out there on getting these two working together.
