Linux Home on Windows NAS Box

I have got a very critical project on hands...

First understand the setup what we have here,
We have a Linux Server (RHEL 3.0 ES Update 5)
And a Domain Controller (Win2K3 Std) and a 1TB capacity NAS Box (Win Storage 2K3).

We have separate user groups for the Linux Server and the Windows Domain. The home directory of al the Windows users are there on the NAS box, which is running Windows Storage 2003 Server. And the Linux Users connect to the server from XDMCP/Terminal Client to work on it from their Windows XP systems, and their local home directories are there on the Linux server it self becz we have separate set of user names on Windows Domain and Linux Server.

Now, we want to move the /home of the Linux server to the NAS box. So the end result will be centralized storage and back up and ease of life.

But the NAS box has only 2 NTFS partitions of 400GB each for storage. So, there are some permission and all issues comes up while moving the home dir.

I came to know about SFU 3.5 very recently and me thing my problem can be solved by it.

But I don't know how?
Can any one up there to help?

Please help!!!

I'm not an expert on Windows 2003 Storage Server, but I believe its a stripped-down, embedded version of Windows which you may not be able to load Services for Unix on it. However, you can mount Windows shares on Linux using smbmount.
