Lightbulb Linux based Firewall OS with traffic management

Hi all,

i'm looking for an Linux based firewall os to run between my dsl and network with a traffic management so i can assignment data quotas to my flat mates. I tries smoothwall but that lacks any traffic management that i'm after.

Any ideas?

Thank you. =]
