Leaving a copy of incoming mails in the sendmail server

Hi,

I'm running a sendmail server which has webmail (squirrelmail)running. To see the mails later while roaming , a copy of mails should always be kept on the mail server. I'm having a leased line and static IP for the mail server.

I'm asking for any kind of setting on the server and not on the client.

Because the option " Leave a copy of Messages on the server" is not the one I'm looking for.Since there are more than 300 clients, I want some kind of setting on the server.

Waitng for your Replies,

Jomy

you seem to have some big holes in your question. you've never actually said when the mail mightn't be left on the server in the first place... webmail obviously won't remove the mail from the server.

would you not just want to use an imap server for remote connections instead of pop3? is that what you mean?

OK I'll make it clear.

At the office all our users use MS outlook express to download the mail. They use webmail only when they are out of the office. So they might need to read their old mails also when they are roaming which they have downloaded via outlook. That's why I need to maintain a copy of the mails(in each users mailbox) which they download through outlook express.
