LAN- stopped working

Hi I have recently set up a small network at home with a winxp box, win98 and a linux computer. I had it all set up and working but then I hooked my two windows machines up to the net and know I can't log on to my linux server anymore. If anyone could help with a solution to this or point me to a site it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

have you checked for duplicate IPs, unplugged cables....etc

I found it my isp changed ip's and masks of windoz machines.
