Burna LQ Newbie Registered: Jul 2003 Location: Beijing - Berlin - Beijing Distribution: Slackware 10.0 Posts: 12 Rep:	kppp-connection -> programs start very slow hello everybody... could somebody help me? i have mandrake 9.1 installed. everytime i am connected to the internet (via kppp), few programs start up very slow (start-up time maybe 1 or 2 minutes). really strange behavior. offline everythings works normal. i use the standard configuration for internet (modem 56k) provided by mandrake during the installation. i would be very happy if someone is out there with some ideas. thanx Burna
