Joining a Linux workstation to a Active Directory Domain

Hello Guys
Please don't yell at me ;- (( But I having been searching the net for hours trying to find a tutorial on joining a Linux workstation/client to my Windows 2003 domain with an already working Linux member server.
Here's the picture.I have install a Fedora 2 as a server and have successful join it as a member server to a Windows domain. Now I have install another fedora 2 machine as a desktop. So as to log-on to the domain shares.I just don't no where to start.Do I have to configure the "smb.conf" on this Desktop machine as I did with the Fedora Server?
Million thanks in advance
Terrence

Theirs is a Fedora-based distro with Actice Directory out of the box (so goes the claim).

Thanks very much Samsara
Will try that out.But in the mean time,I am still quite curious as to how to network this fedora client.I will continue searching the web.I guess sooner or later I will find something on this procedure.
Thanks again
Terrence
