Issue with 2082 and 2086 - how to access cPanel/email without proxy?

Greetings,

Have moved to a carbon neutral host and have some troubles with accessing cPanel/emails, suspecting that this could be due to 2082 and 2086 ports.

I have firestarter installed, but access issues even when the software is off.

Day 3 of knocking head on the wall has commenced. HELP
