ISP forces me to use its DNS

Hi everybody. It seems that my ISP is blocking all traffic going to the other DNS-Server. For the fact that the DNS servers of my ISP are often braking and not working properly I would like to know whether there is possibility to use another DNS Server? I am using BIND (with the forwarders of my ISP) for my LAN.

Thanks for an answer!

Try 216.145.65.2 and 216.145.65.3 as your forwarded DNS servers.

And exactly that is not working, unfortunately. It seems that my current ISP blocks all queries to "foreign" DNS servers. It tried it with another ISP and some other DNS servers and they were not blocked. Is there any other possibility or a workaround?
