ipx_interface error

HI,

I'm new to linux and been trying to connect my RHWS3 taroon running kernel to a novell server.

I have installed the ipxutil rpm but received error (ipx_interface: socket: address family not supported by protocol), when trying to do ' ipx_interface add -p eth0 802.2'

Can someone please advise?? Thanks in advance.
