IPv6 on Debian VPS (Routing Issue)

I have recently gotten an account with a VPS provider that has given me 25 IPv6 addresses to use. The only problem is I can't get them to work (specifically, I can ping6 ipv6.google.com, but I can't connect to IRC, for example). I have tried a few things, but I think the problem is routing. I am new to routing, so I am not really sure what to do. If you need me to post the output of any commands, just ask. Thank you.

Edit: The problem has been solved by another system administrator of my VPS. I'm not sure what he did, though.
