iptables parameter explanation

Code:
iptables -A FORWARD -m physdev --physdev-in eth0 --physdev-out '!' eth0 -j ACCEPT
Hi,
I've had a look in the man and have found the remaining parameters, except from "-m physdev" and "-j ACCEPT". Can somebody please explain?
