iptables doesn't work correctly


-Using RH 7.2
iptables version 1.2.4-2

I don't really know, how to handle iptables,
but when I'm using downloaded scripts I always
have a few mistakes.
For example, the Programm always says: can't under-
stand 192.168.0.1/24, but this is the standard writing
for ip & subnetmask, isn't it?

I tried firewall examples like the ones from:

no you should give 192.168.0.0/24
