ipchain with squid


Hi All
I am using RHEL 3 and squid is running well.
now i want to configure ipchain for stop broadcasting,to increasse the browsing speed.
I have connected about 75 computer through squid and having 1 MBps of bandwidth.
Please help in hurry.
