IP Forwading in iptables (different network)

Hello, is it possible for me to forward all the SSH packets from one external ip to another external ip on DIFFERENT network? In short, external IP A to external IP B.
I found that NAT table doesn't work because it only translates IP address within the SAME network only (external ip <=> internal ip).

Thanks in advanced

well i have done this with shorewall+iptables
there i can specify to forward all requests on an ethernet card to another ethernet card on different network

with simple iptables i think there is an option of dport with iptables
