Please suggest me a best opensource IP Adress Management solutions on Linux router .

I am using ClearOS 5.2 as my router.

I think he wants something to hand out and handle the DHCP bit too - but without more infomation we can't help you

I use GestioIP here to keep our IP's in check, its nice and it works

We're using OpenNetAdmin here - highly recommended.

in that case you should say so, you just asked if they exist. It's not anyone's expert opinion whether something exists or not. Except Gods and all that stuff.
