to nat you need a protocol called NAT-PT (RFC 2766)
i believe 6to4 is refering to NAT-PT
you can actually keep your internal network address the same, ipv6 is backwords compatible, for instance 10.10.0.1 in ipv4 would be 0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:10.10.0.1 or ::10.10.0.1.
Since ipv6 isn't very easy to set up, i'd recommend a large testing environment. I've never merged or migrated to an ipv6 network. I just happend to be reading about it.
