Internet Connection
 
I have been using Mandrake 9.2(2.4.21) to connect to my CDMA set ,using serial connection(/dev/ttyS1).
I upgraded my system to 2.6.3 and now whenever I use any ppp program,I get a error message.The system is on devfsd,and
$cat /dev/ttyS1
returns IO error,I don't know what to do.Any help will be appreciated.
PPP suppurt is compiled in kernel.

Check if serial port support is compiled in the kernel.
