Internet config crashes when the wizard is opened

System: RH7.3 using a 56K modem, a NIC, acting as a router using IPTABLES.

When I try to use Internet-druid, the appication returns an error - (unhandled exception etc). and suggests I post this as a bug on bugzilla (which three other people have already done). I can get the same effect using neat, so it doesn't seem to be front-end application, but more likely something deeper.

Ihaven't used BugZilla before, so I do not know the courtesies. If three others have already posted versions of the same bug, am I just clogging up the database if I post it again?

Also, all three bugs are set as "new" on BugZilla - but Redhat 7.3 is not new, and this is a very obvious bug, so is this likely to be a bug from using the Redhat update tool?

How fast are these bugs analysed, addressed, etc by RedHat?

Any advice, comments, or similar appreciated.

In my experience these bugs are usually dealt with fairly quickly. Maybe the people at RedHat are just scratching there heads about this one. Have you tried uninstalling the package and then re-installing it?
