Installing rpm files onto nfs server root file systems

I need help. I am working on an ATCA 16 slot system. There is one Intel blade (N1s1) in the system running Linux and is being used as the nfs server for the other PPC blades on the system. Each of the client blades has a rootfs that it nfs mounts from the N1s1 blade.

I need to use the RPM tool to add a few PPC rpm files to each of the rootfs on the nfs server. How do I add PPC RPMs to a rootfs that is resident on an Intel based nfs host? Thanks.
