I am trying to install RH 7.0 over NFS.

I have mounted the Cdrom and it is exported.

my eports entries ..

/mnt/cdrom 192.168.0.1(ro)

using bootnet.img i have booted and if i give the IP address/name and the share name it is giving unable to mount.

but i am getting mount request in the server from the cliebt and the server authenticated the client also..

Any Help...........>

I'm installing Redhat 7.2 over NFS right now!

/etc/exports on server(ip=10.0.0.2):
/mnt/cdrom *(ro)
# /usr/sbin/exportfs -a -v
# /etc/rc.d/init.d/nfs start

Also using a bootdisk (netboot.img):
have given it ip 10.0.0.1 and let it connect to 10.0.0.2 and mounting: /mnt/cdrom

works fine over here.

Why using RH 7.0 when you got the 7.2?

Doesn't fix your problem, but I'm just curious!
