Install Driver for Netgear WNA1100 - Ubuntu Server 12.04

Hi,
I recently purchased WNA1100 WiFi Adapter for my Ubuntu Server 12.04 Box. Now since I'm a new to it, i'm unable to install the drivers for it. I found that it uses Atheros AR9271 chipset and downloaded a "htc_9271.fw" file from http://linuxwireless.org/download/htc_fw/1.3/. But don't know how to proceed to the next part. Can you please help me?

If you know where Ubuntu save firmware, normally it is under /lib/firmware, copying htc_9271.fw to the directory and then reboot system. You should get the driver.

Can you upload boot-up message to make sure firmware loading is successful? You can use 'dmesg' command to dump boot-up message.
