increase internet access speed


in my office i am usng squid proxy server for internet. now i want to speed up the internet access from client machine.

help me

What speeds are you seeing behind the proxy server versus without it?

And did you put enough RAM in the proxy machine ? if the proxy box is starving for RAM your performance will be dismal at best.
