in Konqueror: "Protocol not supported VNC"

Not an overly descriptive message. Does this mean that the client doesn't support it or the server doesn't? How can I support it?

...I've discovered that it is indeed a client side thing, since putting in a bogus target address for a vnc server immediately yields the same message (which is not the normal behavior for Konqueror in said circumstances).

I've also tried
Code:
apt-get install vncviewer
to no avail (in Konqueror, anyway).

Any thoughts?

Curious about the answer?

It's Krdc. Install it.
