In courier-imap imapd.pem file is not been able to create
 

I installed courier-imap and everything goes well but i didn't find imapd.pem file in share directory.Therefore to get that file

i run

/usr/local/courier-imap/share/mkimapdcert

Error was as below
Using configuration from
/usr/local/courier-imap/etc/imapd.cnf
Generating a 1024 bit RSA private key

...........++++++
writing new private key to
'/usr/local/courier-imap/share/imapd.pem'

problems making Certificate Request
