Importing Emails From Outlook Pst To Linux Imap Server

I wanted to know you if you all know of way to quickly export emails from a Outlook pst file while maintaining all of the folder/subfolder structure and importing it to a Linux Imap server.

Couldn't you just store you emails locally in Outlook, connect Outlook to your imap server, then copy the mails over using Outlook?

The imap server won't except the emails being copied especially the one with 2-3 level of subfolders under it
