Unhappy Ifconfig


I am running RH9, i am trying to find out how to check my ip. I have run ifconfig and get cannot find command, WHY?

Try running it like this:

$ /sbin/ifconfig

If your not running as root then it's not in the path. If the above doesn't work then ifconfig would be missing.
