Question icmp echo reply won't work

arping gw works ok, but ping gw won't work correctly - 100 packet loss. In that mean my net connection is dead. My connections are set through netconfig - static ip, netmask, etc...and those are set well. All rules in iptables are set to accept. Route table is ok. ARP is allright. My mac adress is ok too. I have no firewall running.
My eth0 is RLT 8139, that's no problematic ethernet even. I can access all pcs in lan, but I have still problem to ping gw. I tried everything, but without success. In other distributions its the same.

What should I try to resolve it ?
