I think my computer simply doesn't see a network card

Hi. I just upgraded my Ubuntu box to the latest version ( think it's 12.04). I can't get wireless to work. When i use the Network configuring GUI it displays no wrieless connection and I don't know how to add a connection. Here's some output.
