I need my LAN users to access the internet using automatic configuratin script on RH9


Hi,
Pls i shared my internet access on my LAN using redhat 9.0 and configured squid. i want all the users of the internet to access the internet using an automatic configuration script and i dont want to have to manually put this script on all the client computers on my LAN. Pls how can i put this script on my Redhat 9.0 machine.

The autoconfiguration file needs to be available via a Web server, and then you specify the URL of that file in the client's Web browser configuration.

If the clients use IE and are controlled by Group Policy or AD you can set the autoconfig URL that way rather than manually.
