What do you mean by "Can't get Ubuntu Server 7.10 network anymore"?
You cannot access the server from client computers?
You cannot connect to the internet?
You cannot access client computers from the server?
What services are offered by the server? Is it a webserver? a fileserver? a proxy server?

Please be specific as computer networking is a broad topic...
