i cannot conect two system 192.168. and 161.78.1


hello dear friends........

see i am new to networking..........i am having 2 systems 192.168.1.3
and 161.50.50.20 .........on my lan with other systems.....

i am having a small prob only one system among this has internet connection and i want the both systems to connect to the internet.............

how can i connect ?
i am having a wingate proxy in a win 2000 server with ip 192.168.1.3
i want to conect another system with 161.50.50.20

can i connect wityhout using a router.............

i also have a hub.........

pls help me

why don't you use linux?

no. not with this network configuration.

you need a router in your (i assume)161.50.50.0/255.255.255.0 network to route the packages
to your 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0 network or directly to the proxy at 192.168.1.3.
