Post I can't open Windows share.

Hello.
I use Debian Jessie x64 and I can't open windows shares on remote server. I can open Windows share on Local network but about remote network, I can't.
I attached a photo that you can see it.

What is your idea?

Thank you.

My first thought is DNS. If you are entering the name of the remote domain how are you resolving that name? Then, how are you resolving the server name within that domain?
That's even assuming that things like NAT don't prevent being able to connect to the remote machine at all.
So, I'd start by troubleshooting using ping and trying to connect using the remote IP and take it from there.

I did via IP too but got same error. In Local network We change our gateway device and after it Linux can't open remote server shares but Windows OS can.

Does the new gateway have a different IP address to the old on and does Linux know that? Can you ping the remote machine [or any remote machine] from Linux? Sort your networking out and make sure that's in order before messing around with other protocols on top of that.

Yes. The new gateway have the same IP and I can ping remote server via Linux. Gateway is a hardware device that used for share internet to users and I guess it make problem.
