Hy everybody I need help with ssh

Hy, can sombody help me using ssh, ho can I copy file from and to a linux mashine if I'm using secureCRT vandyke soft??? for example I'm on my windows mashine using the secure CRT program to login to my linux mashine, I'm now logged in I can do enything on my linux in shell, now the problem is how can I copy files, what is the path of "c:/win" in this crt. How can I for example take file test.doc thats on my C: in windows and copy it to my linux thru this ssh connection, and do the same back from my linux to my windows.

Your SecureCRT might come with a SecureFX program or something like that; if not, get a free SFTP/SCP client like WinSCP.

Soo that one is realy easy. thanks, I installed it and tryd is very easy to use.
this is good solution to my problem, but I was wondering is it possible to do the transfer with the SecureCRT or its just cant do that ???
