Unable to access internet usig dhcp with MAC register, can anyone help me!!

Hi,
I'm installed Fedora Core 4 on my PC using duel boot with XP. Now I got a broadband line for accessing internet.

But it is a serius broadband network and it requries dhcp client settings and as well as changed the value of NIC (i.e, 0002449E1CE0 that I've got) on every pc in it's network to acces the internet.

Now I've succeded with XP. But I don't find it in Linux. Please let me know that how to configure in Linux.

Moreover
1.I installed dhcpclient and dhcp server rpm on my Linux

2.and did chkconfig dhcpd on ,

3.also did cp /usr/share/doc/dhcpclient.conf.sample /etc/dhcpclient.conf

4.made eth2 (I've three NIC) to dhcp

Now please tell me what to do with those 'Cause I do no understand the configuration file of dhcpclient.conf

1. You should not have the same MAC address on more than one network card. If you do, things will break.
2. Who are you trying to serve DHCP requests to?

I'm trying to reach the service provider

Thanks Matir,
There is not more than one same MAC address. The service provider gave me that MAC which does not mach with my MAC Address. So how can I change the value of my MAC address with the given MAC.
