How to setup Secondary DNS server??

Does anyone has a good resource about BIND? I never setup DNS server before and now my colleage and me are getting assigned to setup Secondary DNS server. I heard to configure secondary DNS is having difference with primary DNS server

Anyonw have idea, please help....
