how to setup quota on user dir in nis server
 

Dear fellows ,

Hi,

I have setup NIS server successfully, Home directories are mounted on clients machines.

Now i want to setup quota limit on these home directories.

Suppose i have two home dirs test1 , test2 which are mounted on clients machines.

now i want to setup quota limit "500MB" on test 1 and "1GB" on test2

Is there any way or Guidance.

Hi,

i´ve a guide to setup quotas, but it´s in german language an too much to translate it. Do you understand german? If yes, i can mail it as a pdf-document to you.
